We are pleased to announce that Kathy Adams has joined Alliance Performance Systems as a consultant. Most recently Kathy was Manager of Information and Training Services at The Raymond Corporation, a leading manufacturer of materials-handling equipment. Previously, she held management positions in training and organization development at Philips Electronics N.V. and AES Data Systems. In each of those roles, her professional focus has been on improving selling skills, distribution performance, and product knowledge in support of marketing and sales objectives.

Kathy's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in English education from Albany University and graduate work in communications at Ithaca College.

While at Alliance Performance, Kathy's will act as consultant, project manager, facilitator, senior instructional designer and writer. We are very excited about what she brings to the Alliance Performance Team and we welcome her aboard.
