Peter Pisarri is a partner and sales manager with Alliance Performance Systems, a sales, marketing and leadership consulting firm located in Naples, Florida.

Peter’s expertise in healthcare sales, marketing, and management comes in part from his experience in field sales with Bristol-Myers Squibb. He draws from that experience and from his background in finance to serve pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and distribution clients. The sales performance work he has done with these companies includes new product launches, POA meeting development, and product line extension marketing initiatives. He has provided training in financial literacy, business acumen, teamwork, coaching, leadership development and sales skills to over a dozen field sales forces, sales managers, and “C level” officers.

Peter’s pharmaceutical and biotech clients include Pfizer, Merck, Organon, Pharmacia, Novo Nordisk, Amgen, Genzyme, Upjohn Animal Health, Johnson and Johnson, and Novozymes.

Prior to joining Alliance, Peter served as a financial planner at Bear, Stearns & Co., where he helped to start an institutional trading division. He also spent six years in private practice as a financial planner, specializing in small and medium-sized companies.

Peter is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a degree in business administration and finance. He lives in Naples, Florida, with his wife and son.
