Dave Myers has successfully supported more than thirty Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries by leading project teams in support of large-scale performance improvement initiatives. A highly experienced consultant and trainer, Dave has particular expertise in the areas of change management, launch of project teams to improve processes, customer retention, sales, and achieving merger synergies. He also has extensive experience in developing and leading large meeting events that have direct impact on the ability of individuals and teams to meet corporate goals.
Dave’s career includes senior line and staff management positions with
four leading consulting and training companies, where he developed and implemented
solutions in the areas of improving organizational alignment, installing performance
systems, and large-scale project management. He has also served as manager of
large, complex projects for Proctor and Gamble and Xerox Corporation.
Among the clients Dave has served are such corporations as Ameritech, Amgen,
Gannett Corporation, Dow Chemical, Ford, Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacia & Upjohn,
Herman Miller, WellPoint, Xerox Corporation, and Knight-Ridder Corporation.
Dave is president of Alliance Performance Systems, an international consulting firm specializing in organizational change management and performance improvement. He and his wife, Debbie, live in Port Charlotte, Florida, with their three children.
