Stephanie Melnick has 15 years of industry experience and an array of talents in designing, developing, and facilitating sales performance training programs. Her expertise covers numerous areas such as sales, service, leadership development, team dynamics, assessment and selection, job analysis, coaching, and business acumen. This wide range of knowledge enables her to look at a project holistically and design an integrated approach. Her specialty areas include large project management, learning architecture development, e-learning, map development, assessment and selection design, and multimedia and video production. This enables her to move rapidly into areas where a client might need help and her expertise aids her in the management of others working alongside her. She is a skilled instructional designer, writer, facilitator, and speaker.

Stephanie is very strong in the design and development of proven sales platforms that are used by major training organizations, such as Huthwaite, Inc.. She has designed and/or helped to develop numerous programs such as Creating Client Value™, Strategic SPIN™, Making Major Sales™, Presentation Skills for Sales Professionals and Buyer-focused Prospecting. Stephanie has a solid and wide-ranging working knowledge of the healthcare industry, having worked over the last decade with the corporate accounts, new hire training, rheumatology, dermatology, dialysis, CRI, and oncology business units of our clients.
