Linda Lytle has 30 years experience in sales, design, and implementation of sales training systems. She has experience in a variety of corporate and sales training environments and has served at the senior staff level at both Xerox and ARA. Her senior staff level positions were in the areas of National and International Sales Training and Development, Marketing, Human Resources, and Quality Improvement. As a result of this combination, she brings an understanding of how these areas interrelate in good training and she helps team members to consider these aspects as they develop solution sets.
She was responsible for the hiring, training, and management of facilitators for Xerox Learning Systems’ sales, service, and management programs. This provided her with the knowledge of what to look for in a good facilitator and how best to get them up to speed. She has worked on well over 200 custom sales training programs and is particularly adept at project management, instructional design, and facilitation. She is also experienced in video production. She is very familiar with the healthcare industry, having worked with a variety of business units and having overseen more than 150 projects with our healthcare clients in the last several years.
