Jerry LoJacono brings more than 20 years of successful sales, customer service, and training experience to the Alliance team. In addition to playing the role of account manager for Alliance Performance Systems, Jerry has successfully performed the roles of lead facilitator, project manager, and designer for several projects with high profile clients.
His career has taken him global, delivering effective training and performance improvement solutions within a variety of industries including automotive, banking/financial services, consumer products, energy services, health care, manufacturing, and telecommunications. He has had the privilege to work with such companies as Amgen, American Airlines, AT&T, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cadence Design Systems, Eastman Kodak, Fleet Bank, M&T Bank, Merck Frosst, Monsanto, Organon, Pfizer/Pharmacia, PPG, SmithKline Beechum, Starbucks Coffee, and Volvo Cars of North America.
The majority of his work over the last several years has been focused on assisting his clients with implementing new sales platforms, launching new products, and sales management/field sales force development. Jerry has also designed and written programs for clients in the areas of sales, customer service, coaching and leadership development.
Jerry is a member of his local chapter of the American Society of Training & Development. He acquired a bachelor’s degree in business management from Canisius College and resides in Buffalo, New York, with his wife and three daughters.
