Christine has over 25 years of experience in the areas of sales, sales management, and the design and development of sales and marketing solutions for a broad client base. Her years as Vice President of Sales helped her to understand the needs and requirements of sales representatives and sales management. They also provided her with an opportunity to design processes to enhance performance that has proven to be useful in other sales arenas. Her years at Xerox Learning Systems provided her with the skills for understanding how to work with clients to define desired behavioral outcomes and design creative training solutions that produced results. She has also worked with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in rolling out their sales platform and competitive workshop and in conducting industry-specific strategy sessions.
She is an adept instructional designer, writer, facilitator and project manager. Christine created the Account Strategy and Planning Workshop that is used in Corporate Accounts at Amgen. She has also focused on meeting Amgen POA goals through a mix of learning methodologies and approaches. She has worked with the Corporate Accounts, New Hire Training, Oncology, Dialysis, CRI, Dermatology, and Rheumatology Business Units.
